Service Agreement & Policies


Our goal at Keswick Health is always clarity, consistency, and a supportive experience for both clients & providers.
If you ever have questions, we are always happy to talk things through.

cancellation policy

Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session (via text or the client portal)

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will result in a $25 late cancellation fee charged to the card on file

  • No-shows will result in a $45 fee charged to the card on file

These fees apply to both wellness plan members and single-session clients.

Fees are waived in cases of illness or medical emergency — please communicate within 24 hours of the missed appointment time.

Wellness plan overview

Each stretch session is 50 minutes and may be booked however you prefer within the month, although weekly is encouraged.

  • Plans are designed for consistent, ongoing care rather than one-off sessions.

wellness plan rollover sessions

2 unused sessions may roll over into the following month

  • A maximum of 8 rollover sessions may be held at any time

  • Rollover sessions do not continue accumulating beyond this limit

  • Unused sessions expire according to cancellation or pause terms

**Rollover sessions are intended to support scheduling flexibility, not long-term banking.

wellness plan term & billing

The wellness plan has a 3-month minimum commitment

  • After the initial term, the plan continues on a month-to-month basis

Plans renew automatically unless cancellation or pause is requested.

grace & communication

We understand that payment issues can occasionally happen.

  • For a first-time missed payment, grace may be extended when communication is prompt

  • Ongoing plans are dependent on timely payment and clear communication

  • Repeated missed payments will result in immediate cancellation without additional grace

If you anticipate a payment issue, reach out.

Open communication allows for flexibility; lack of communication results in plan cancellation.

wellness plan cancellation + pause

We aim to make changes as easy as possible if your needs or life circumstances shift.

  • To cancel or pause your plan, please email contact@keswickhealth.com at least 14 days before your next billing date. You may pause payments for a minimum of 1 month, max 2. 

  • This notice helps avoid the next scheduled charge

  • Any unused or accumulated sessions will expire 30 days after notice to cancel

missed payment policy

Wellness plans are billed via automatic monthly draft.

  • If an automatic payment does not go through, additional attempts will be made to process the payment

  • If payment is not successfully received within 7 days of the scheduled due date, and there has been no communication from the client, the wellness plan will be cancelled

  • Upon cancellation for non-payment:

    • All unused or accumulated sessions are forfeited

    • Future sessions may be booked at the standard single-session rate, subject to availability

Household memberships

As a Wellness Plan Member, loved ones within your household may book sessions as-needed, at a discounted rate of $95 per session

  • Household sessions are booked separately and are subject to availability

Additional Notes

Sessions are non-transferable and intended for your use only

  • Stretch services support wellness, mobility, and flexibility, and does not replace medical care

  • Letter of medical necessity may be available by request
